    From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail at this hotel. the hosts not only greeted us warmly but also offered to help carry our heavy baggage to our room, which was a thoughtful touch. the ironing facilities in the room were a lifesaver, ensuring we looked our best for our evening out. The sitting area in the room was a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. Having an electric kettle in the room meant we could enjoy a cup of tea at any time, adding to the homely feel of the hotel. the flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added to the modern and comfortable atmosphere of the room. Overall, this hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way possible. the attention to detail, friendly hosts, and excellent amenities made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience in Bowness.
